Hail & welcome friends to my little corner of the internet. My name is Luc and I'm a lover of Literature (mostly SFF, but I do delve in a few classic and "serious literature"... somewhat) and Metal music (specifically the Heavy Metal, Thrash, Power, and Progressive variants). Books and Metal is a blog dedicated to my undying fandom for both literature and music and an eternal testament to how I one day decided to make a fool of myself in front of everyone in the internet. I'll be doing read-throughs of novels I'm currently reading (If you've ever seen video game walkthroughs or let's plays in YouTube, it's basically the same thing except there's no video, it's less exciting, and filled with real, if somewhat misguided, reactions and opinions of the book by chapter) and unbiased (for now... *evil laugh*) reviews on what's on my playlist.
